Three Cannabis Strains to Help You Get You Through
Choosing which cannabis strains are right for a moment can be overwhelming. Gibson Lannister has a few suggestions to help ease the confusion.

Of the countless strains of cannabis available to gardeners and consumers, here are three very different well-known strains guaranteed to get you through life's biggest challenges.
Super Lemon Haze
Super Lemon Haze (SLH) is an incredibly potent bud that averages between 15-22 per cent THC and 0.1-0.3 per cent CBD. This sativa-dominant strain is known for clear-thinking and boosting creativity, making it great for daytime use. SLH is also excellent for improving appetite and providing pain relief. Its effects are long-lasting with a mellow burnout. Due to its legendary strength, however, it is recommended for more experienced users.
Super Lemon Haze produces small to medium compact buds. These choice nugs are extremely sticky and coated in THC crystals. SLH has an amazing scent and flavor profile featuring sweet notes of citrus.
When growing SLH, you will want to start flowering while the plants are still small. They will continue to grow during the flowering phase, reaching between three to six feet tall. Flowering should last nine to 10 weeks for buds to fully mature.
Blueberry
Blueberry is a fantastic indica-dominant strain. It has a high THC-to-CBD ratio, averaging 15-20 per cent THC and less than one per cent CBD. Blueberry has a pleasant, medium-strength high that is not overpowering. It’s relaxing, long-lasting, and full-bodied effects are also beneficial for pain relief, digestion, appetite, and sleep.
Blueberry produces savory tight nuggets that dry well and are easy to break up. They are light green to green/blue in color and have a heavy coating of THC. As hinted to by its name, this strain has an intense aroma of fresh blueberries. There are also notes of melon, citrus, and earth.
Blueberry seeds and clones produce hearty plants with thick stems. They are ideal for indoor growing with a compact size of 20-40 inches. For best results, flowering should last eight to nine weeks.
White Widow
White Widow is a classic hybrid. A cross between a Brazilian sativa landrace and an Indian indica, this well-known strain has a high THC content of 20 per cent or more and less than one per cent CBD. It has been used to treat pain, inflammation, anxiety, depression, and appetite.
White Widow gets its name from the intense white frosting of THC surrounding each of its buds. Scents of earth and wood combine with floral and citrus notes, making it an aromatic choice. It’s also a potent one; White Widow is notoriously strong and recommended for those with some previous medicinal cannabis experience.
White Widow is a hearty, easy-to-grow strain that is a good choice for first-time growers. It is a relatively short plant, growing 18-30 inches tall, which makes it ideal for indoor gardens and small spaces. White Widow is also known for producing large yields of approximately 21 ounces of bud per 10 square feet of plant. For best results, allow White Widow to flower for seven to nine weeks.
