Linda Jesson, Business Manager/Editor

Once Linda got a taste of the indoor gardening business when she helped Jim organize the first indoor gardening expo in Vancouver, she knew that this was the industry she wanted to be in. Since then, Linda has become the driving force behind Maximum Yield becoming a household name in the industry. Known for her smile and laugh, Linda is also the heart behind Maximum Yield.

Don Moores, General Manager

Don joined Maximum Yield in 2008 with a background in publishing. With 25 years in the newspaper industry and 18 years as president at Black Press Newspapers under his belt, his expertise and sales knowledge make him an indispensable member of the team.

Jessica Skelton, Assistant Editor

Jessica brings five years of experience editing and writing for nationally published newspapers and magazines. Her high energy and ability to think quickly on her feet make her a perfect fit for Maximum Yield’s fast-paced, deadline-oriented organization. It also helps keep her safe when she cycles to work every morning, rain or shine.

Ilona Hawser, Sales Manager

Ilona has lived in Canada since 1997, having emigrated from the Czech Republic. Over her working career, Ilona has gained valuable experience in business management and sales. An extrovert by nature and incredibly energetic, Ilona looks forward to working with the Maximum Yield clients and helping them grow substantially.

Kelsey Hepples, Account Executive

Kelsey, originally from Vancouver Island, had spent the last five years working in Public Relations and Sales in Toronto.  During that time her expertise was in helping businesses create marketing campaigns that retained clientele and increased overall revenue. Kelsey can help you meet and exceed all your marketing goals with modern and innovative marketing strategies.

Alice Joe, Art Director

As Maximum Yield’s art director, Alice oversees the day-to-day details of every publication that goes through our doors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in fine arts, as well as a diploma in graphic design. When she’s not in the production department, Alice enjoys the company of friends and family, hiking, skiing and traveling.

Jennifer Everts, Graphic Designer

Jennifer is a recent graduate of Vancouver Island University, with a degree in graphic design. In addition to art and design, she enjoys photography, making jewelry, baking and spending time with her fiancé.

Dionne Hurd, Graphic Designer

Maximum Yield’s newest addition, Dionne, is an award-winning designer with over 10 years’ experience in graphic arts. He holds a degree from Simon Fraser University and a diploma in graphic design. An avid outdoorsman, fisherman and boater, Dionne likes to spend his recreational time on the water or in the mountains with his family and dog.

Tracy Greeno, Accountant

Tracy has over 30 years’ worth of accounting experience in a variety of industries. He moved to Canada more than 16 years ago and has worked at Maximum Yield Publications for over a year.
